I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, but the service was rude and unhelpful at times. The location was convenient for our trip, but the dining options were basic.

The hotel was actually quite good overall, despite being pricey due to a Concourse event. The rooms were for the most part clean, with just a stain on the shower curtain. The location was perfect for meeting friends on High St and offered easy access to Toro Park and the freeway, though a bit noisy in the early AM. The Continental Breakfast provided was very good, but dining options were limited. Service was very accommodating, allowing changes to reservations but less understanding about payment methods. The facility was an old motel that was remodeled, with rooms well lit up at night and in a great/safe location.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of pros and cons. The rooms, though clean and matching the advertising, were quite small for a hotel of its size. The return to a cold room was a downside, but overall, the cleanliness made up for it. The service was a highlight with friendly and courteous staff, though some were not overly nice. The location, while convenient and close to downtown, felt cramped for the number of rooms. Dining options were basic and lacking some essentials like milk, but had a few choices available.

The facilities were adequate, but not exceptional.
